This brief call gives us a chance to connect and see if we're the right fit. I'll ask about what brings you to therapy and what changes you're hoping for, and you're welcome to ask anything about my background, approach, or what working together might look like.
-
Meeting weekly in the beginning helps build momentum and early progress — we'll revisit the schedule regularly and adjust based on what works best for you. Your first session runs 60 to 90 minutes, allowing time to talk through your history and begin shaping a plan together. Subsequent sessions are typically 50 minutes.

Both options are available. Online sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, available to anyone in California. In-person sessions are offered in West Los Angeles and Glendale.

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged the full session fee, and appointment reminders go out 48 hours in advance.
