ABOUT SHIRLEY ISAAKSAN
Healing, rooted in connection and care.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California, holding a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. My work is grounded in a deep belief that healing happens through connection, compassion, and collaboration — and I bring that belief into every session with individuals, couples, and families.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing happens in connection — within ourselves and within the relationships that matter most. That belief shapes a space where you feel truly understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

THE METHOD
THE APPROACH
An evidence-informed, deeply personal way of working
An evidence-based approach, tailored to you.
I believe lasting change happens through connection, compassion, and collaboration. My approach is warm and nonjudgmental — creating a space where you feel truly seen and understood as we work toward your unique goals.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, tailored to each person's needs:
Outside of my practice, I enjoy live music, spending time with my dogs, and getting lost in a good book.
